Purchase Area Public Transportation Coordination Meeting
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Purchase Area Transit Authorities (FCTA-Fulton Co., MCTA-Murray-Calloway Co., PATS-Paducah) will conduct a coordination meeting to solicit input on public transportation services offered in the region on February 25, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Purchase Area Development District (PADD), 1002 Medical Drive, Mayfield, Kentucky. Due to COVID-19 guidelines for social distancing and limiting group sizes, the meeting will be conducted using an online platform. Please contact PADD 270.247.7171 prior to February 25, 2022 for web link and online meeting information. All interested parties, including users and providers, are encouraged to attend this virtual meeting. A survey can be completed at https://forms.office.com/r/8QiXksgeC6. Written comments can be submitted to the address listed above, for additional information contact your local transit authority or PADD.
Through the Section 5304 Regional Public Transportation Planning Program, PADD staff provides technical assistance to area public transportation providers. This effort includes providing assistance in obtaining financial aid, communicating new policies, procedures, and legislative requirements to providers, and coordination between agencies when necessary.

To file a discrimination complaint, the written complaint must be filed to the address above within 180 days of the alleged discrimination. Written complaints may also be filed with the U.S.Department of Transportation/Federal Transit Administration (FTA) no later than 180 days after the date of the alleged discrimination, unless the time for filing is extended by FTA.
