The Purchase Area Development District (PADD) is seeking a qualified individual for a Business Lending Specialist position for the eight counties of the Purchase District.  Responsibilities include administration of business lending programs, credit analysis reporting, and other related duties. 

Skills required include excellent verbal and written communication, self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and ability to relate to others, experience in Microsoft applications and the ability to work independently. 

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree.  Bank lending experience is preferential.  Travel required.
